Paul Penciu is a Queer Birmingham-based photographer specializing in fine art, fashion, portrait, and performer photography, including burlesque and drag. His work explores queer identity, vulnerability, and self-expression, blending raw emotion with refined aesthetics.

Graduating with a BA (HONS) in Photography from Birmingham City University in 2023, Paul draws inspiration from visual storytelling, fashion trends, and innovative photographic techniques, creating work that is both visually striking and commercially versatile for exhibitions, editorial features, and commissioned projects.

He has exhibited internationally, including at The Holy Art Gallery - London, Canvas International Art Fair - Venice, and the BCU x Grain Exhibition – The State of Photography Symposium - Birmingham. His work has been featured in publications such as SHUBA Magazine, BEAUTICA Magazine, SELIN Magazine, VIGOUR Magazine, MALVIE Magazine, MARIKA Magazine, THE STYLE RESEARCHER, and ARTELLS Magazine and Attiude Magazine.
